COMPLAINT

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer always has 3 years right of complaint. Goods sold via pagekulturscen.se are both new and used. The used books are assumed to be in so-called good antiquarian condition (i.e. goods are used but without direct defects or damage) unless otherwise stated. The customer has the right to complain about an item if it has a fault or is in a worse condition than what the seller stated, provided that the customer himself did not cause this. The customer must complain about the error within a reasonable time after the error was discovered, 2 months is always considered a reasonable time.

Once the seller has approved the complaint, the seller must refund the entire purchase price and also reimburse the customer for any return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to review the item and then offer a refund, price reduction or exchange.
